Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I send my own coin?

A: Unfortunately, we do not accept customer supplied coins. There are several reasons for this  including the very real risk of damage during fabrication, etc.

Q: How is ring size determined?

A: Glad you asked, as this is an important topic with coin rings. Due to the forming process all coin rings have a slight taper to them.  Professional quality coin rings such as those from have this taper on the inner band, so as not to be visible while wearing the ring. This means that the ring will measure approximately 1 full size larger on one side than the other. All sizing measurements are therefore take from the edge with the smaller inside diameter. For most accurate sizing we recommend getting sized for a very narrow band ring and going with this size. Also, do not order a larger size due to the wide band widths of our rings.

Q: Do you offer re-sizing?

A: Rings purchased from this site include 1 free re-size within 30 days of the purchase date. Free re-sizing offer does not include shipping costs. After contacting us with a re-sizing request and receiving an authorization, please ship the ring back using a shipping service with tracking. Also, please include $5.00 for return shipping. We do not offer re-sizing services on any rings beyond the original 30 day period.

Q: How fast will I receive my ring after purchase?

A: Some rings on this website have a choice of either a "random year" or a "specific year". If the ring you are purchasing does not have a choice of years, then a random year is the only option and a random year will automatically be shipped. Random year rings will normally ship out within 2 business days from purchase date. If you selected a specific year from the listing your ring will normally ship out within 7 business days from date of purchase. It is important to note that the 2 or 7 days mentioned previously are only the manufacturing time to the ship date and do not include actual shipping transit times. The shipping service selected will determine the shipping transit times.

Q: Can I request specific years?

A: Some rings do have a drop down box for selection of specific years. If the ring does not have a selection box for specific years then we will automatically ship random years only for this ring. Some years may be harder to obtain and therefore be more expensive. You can contact us Here to check availability of a year not offered directly on the website.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns for a period of 15 days from date of purchase. A return authorization must be obtained before returning any merchandise by contacting us here

Returned merchandise must be in new/ undamaged condition or a refund will not be issued. A tracking number must be provided to us upon mailing of the returned package.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: At this time we are only able to ship to United States and Canada. Canada shipping will be via USPS Priority mail International and additional shipping charges will apply.

Q: Do I have a choice of finishes on my ring?

A: All rings purchased from this website will be automatically shipped with an antique (2 tone) finish shown in all photos. If you prefer to have a standard silver finish we can do this also. Please contact us here to request a standard silver finish.

Q: Are these rings real silver?...will they turn my finger green?

A: At we ONLY use real silver coins to make our rings. As a result, they are virtually the same metal alloy as Sterling silver and can be cared for in the same manner. These rings will never turn your finger green. The polish could sometimes darken the finger a bit, but this could be avoided by washing the inside of the ring with hot water and dish soap after each polishing with a polishing cloth.

Q: Does the antique finish wear off?...How do I care for my ring?

A: Since the antique finish is all natural and is in fact nothing more than silver tarnish, it will need to be maintained at home and periodically re-applied. This is a very easy and quick thing to do and you can see the full instructions by clicking here
